Centro de Arte Botin, Santander, visit. Felipe
As the days go on in our time here, this internship just keeps turning into that much greater of an opportunity. Having been assigned to work under engineer Antonio Humanes in the Centro de Arte Botin, i was granted the opportunity to go for a site visit along with five other OHL employees including Alex Falgons. I never really imagined what a business trip entitled, and came out extremely informed and happy with the outcome of it. We left Barajas int. airport at around 9 AM and arrived in Santander at 10. Once we got there we got on a taxi that took us to hotel Bahia for a light breakfast meet and greet with our hosts and other professional who were also invited. We then headed over to the project site for a project overview in one of OHLs cabins where they got into almost every detail of the project. After this we did a run through of the project and saw firsthand what was already discussed in the meeting. Once the site visit was over we left for a great lunch and went around the city seeing all the different projects OHL had been a part of. We left for Madrid at 7 pm. What a great day at the office. Felipe
